Cela leur permet de relever des d\u00e9fis communs et de promouvoir l'harmonisation de la r\u00e9gulation \u00e0 travers les fronti\u00e8res, jouant ainsi un r\u00f4le crucial dans l'\u00e9laboration une agence sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de la Communaut\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement de l'Afrique australe (SADC) cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1997 sous les auspices du protocole de la SADC sur les transports, les communications et la m\u00e9t\u00e9orologie (1995).<br \/>CRASA se compose de quatre institutions : l'Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle (AGA), le Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif (CE), les Comit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et le Secr\u00e9tariat.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>R\u00f4le<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CRASA est charg\u00e9e d'harmoniser le cadre r\u00e9glementaire des services postaux et des TIC dans la sous-r\u00e9gion de la SADC afin de renforcer les structures commerciales des services postaux et des TIC ainsi que le climat d'investissement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: organe consultatif et collaboratif des r\u00e9gulateurs des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications de la sous-r\u00e9gion de l'Afrique de l'Ouest qui a pour but d'aider et de faire progresser le d\u00e9veloppement des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications dans la sous-r\u00e9gion et en Afrique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00f4le<\/strong><br \/>\nL'ARTAO collabore avec la Communaut\u00e9 \u00e9conomique des \u00c9tats de l'Afrique de l'Ouest (CEDEAO) pour renforcer l'environnement des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications en Afrique de l'Ouest.<br \/>\nL'ARTAO collabore avec d'autres organisations r\u00e9gionales et internationales pour atteindre sa mission,  d'assurer le d\u00e9veloppement rapide des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications dans la sous-r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Membres<\/strong><br \/>\nLes membres de l'ARTAO englobent les autorit\u00e9s nationales de r\u00e9gulation de 16 \u00c9tats d'Afrique de l'Ouest.<\/p>\n<p><a en tant qu'organisation r\u00e9gionale autonome dot\u00e9e d'une personnalit\u00e9 juridique internationale et a son si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Kigali, au
