ZICTA’s change initiative aims to shift its regulatory strategy to wholesale connectivity and infrastructure sharing in response to new market conditions brought about by technological innovations and business structure shifts. The change effort will remove obstacles to broadband network expansion by fostering creative and cost-effective sharing mechanisms such as open access and active sharing. This action will improve accessibility and pricing.
